QUALIFIKATION
Do you have several years experience as Key Account Manager in the field of „consumer goods food“, ideally (although this is not essential) acquired in the sector wine, wine-based drinks or general drinks segment? Are you familiar with the structure and sales channels of the big retail and discount chains in the above mentioned area, do you think and act as an entrepreneur and is your working style analytical, structured and goal-driven? Do you preferably have wine-specific knowledge and a background in business? Are you fluent in English and now looking for a new challenge with excellent opportunities in an inter-national successful familiy enterprise?

In order to realise our future expansion plans, we are seeking an individual with the qualifications described above to fill the post of Key Account Manager for the retail- and discount-business in Germany (D), Austria (A) and Switzerland (CH).

AUFGABE
As Key Account Manager you will be the primary interface between our headquarters, our distributors and the retailers. In accordance with our overall corporate strategy you`ll develop successful sales strategies for the markets mentioned above and will actively monitor their implementation. You are leading the annual negotiations with the retailers and foster contacts with the relevant information media and decision-makers. You conduct ongoing market, competition and trend analysis, organise product training events with customers and sales staff and progress the implementation of defined marketing and sales promotional activities. You will monitor adherence with the agreed objectives, quickly implement countermeasures to deal with any variations from plan and ensure optimum monitoring and reporting to the Export Director.
