QUALIFICATION
Do you have several years of experience in project management and/or as a scrum master in the context of complex and multi-layered IT projects, and have you acquired it on the industrial side with an internationally active company? Are you able to analyse problems, set adequate priorities, work out sustainable concepts and solutions across departments, divisions and sites, and present them to the management and the respective technical department and support them actively during implementation? Do you have a university degree or a similar education in the fields of computer sciences, economics, information technology, hardware and software, etc.? Do you have good communication and presentation skills, do you enjoy working in an international environment, do you speak English well and are you looking for new challenges with excellent development possibilities?

TASK
As an IT project manager / scrum master you will be the contact person for the management and the decision-makers in the relevant specialised departments for all issues concerning applications and other IT projects. You will lead several complex projects with an international orientation, control and coordinate cross-functional teams, keep an eye on budget and costs and implement the agile development. You analyse problems and demands, assume the responsibility for requirement engineering, prioritise projects and needs, carry out workshops and advise your internal business partners on the use of the applications. You inform about ongoing projects and their possibilities, chances and risks, you benchmark the IT performance and define projects on the basis of defined criteria. You decisively contribute to the further development of our IT strategy, the IT portfolio and the application landscape, thus creating the technical preconditions for the best possible performance of the Business Unit.
