Albert Franz

After studying law and philosophy, worked for many years for a global player in the chemical industry, initially as Head of Human Resources at Group headquarters, then Head of Human Resources and Social Affairs at the largest Group site and later Plant Manager, Labor Director and Member of the Executive Board of the AG. Subsequently Managing Director of an industrial center with over 30 companies. Currently working as a non-executive director, senior advisor, board member and supervisory board member for various companies and organizations and as a partner in a well-known law firm. He is also a member of the board of various business and industry associations and an honorary judge at a regional labor court.
